Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the background of the labor dispute, to know the process of labor disputes, as well as the impact of the labor dispute. Sociological approach used in this paper is to analyze about labor. The method used in this study is the historical method. The primary source used is direct interviews with the former of HRD Avila Prima Intra Makmur, the former of Avila Prima Intra Makmur workers whom involved with the labor disputes, labor Avila Prima Intra Makmur and the people or society in Tembokrejo village. While secondary sources obtained from the library book collection center of Jember University, Faculty of Humanities, the Central Statistics Banyuwangi Regency, and Muncar district. Many efforts carried by the workers to fight for their rights to strike work. To solve the conflict of labor dispute Avila Prima Intra Makmur in which the layoff of 117 workers and the fulfillment of all the demands of the workers by the company. This labor dispute raises social and economic impacts. in terms of social workers receive fair treatment from the company, with the fulfillment of all the demands of the workers, while in terms of the economy is felt by the companies that suffered losses of billions of rupiah, while 117 workers were laid off lose their jobs so they can not earn money or loss their revenue.

Abstrak
Tujuan dari tulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui latar belakang terjadinya perselisihan perburuhan, untuk mengetahui proses perselisihan perburuhan, serta dampak terjadinya perselisihan perburuuhan. Pendekatan sosiologi digunakan dalam tulisan ini yaitu untuk menganalisis tentang perburuhan. Metode yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah metode sejarah. Sumber primer yang digunakan adalah melakukan wawancara langsung dengan Mantan HRD Avila Prima Intra Makmur, Mantan buruh Avila Prima Intra Makmur yang terlibat perselisihan perburuhan, buruh Avila Prima Intra Makmur, dan masyarakat Desa Tembokrejo. Sedangkan sumber sekunder diperoleh dari koleksi buku perpustakaan pusat Universitas Jember, perpustakaan Fakultas Ilmu Budaya, Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Banyuwangi, dan Kecamatan Muncar. Banyak yang dilakukan buruh untuk memperjuangkan haknya dengan aksi pemogokan kerja. Penyelesaikan perselisihan perburuhan di Avila Prima Intra Makmur yaitu dengan PHK terhadap 117 buruh dan dipenuhinya semua tuntutan buruh oleh pihak perusahaan. Perselisihan perburuhan ini menimbulkan dampak sosial dan ekonomi. Dari segi sosial para buruh menerima perlakuan adil dari perusahaan, dengan dipenuhinya semua tuntutan buruh, sedangkan dari segi ekonomi sangat dirasakan oleh pihak perusahaan yang mengalami kerugian hingga milyaran rupiah, sedangkan 117 buruh yang ter PHK kehilangan pekerjaannya. sehingga mereka tidak mendapatkan penghasilan.
